A quite unexpected corporate power woman comedy. Oscar winner Diane Keaton is terrific as J.C. Wiatt, a top female executive at a prestigious New York firm, who just happens to have a baby - willed to her by a distant relative. Pauline begins to discover another side of herself that she never knew was there before. She soon finds out that thing she swore off, being a mom, was an intrinsic part of her nature. Also stars Sam Shepard playing a sweet veterinarian Dr. Jeff Cooper and the wonderful James Spader as Ken Arrenberg, Pauline's corporate wannabe.
