When Agatha threatens to dial up the law on innocent kids that are trick-or-treating her nephew would love to be out with them. What Ralph wants the most for Halloween is his own pumpkin. Raggedy Ann and Andy see what's happening from their home across the street. Andy gets upset at aunt Agatha for stopping Ralph from enjoying the wonderful and spooky holiday festivities. Chuck Jones animation fans will want this classic in their collection. This is great Halloween fun for the entire family and can be watched over and over by kids and grown ups at Halloween time each year.
