DVD Synopsis and information:
In this made for TV power house drama, a fact-based story of a legal battle fought over the custody of five siblings. This story is about the five Cain children and their mother Callie (played by Sarah Jessica Parker) suffers from a mental instability problem. When the mom is finally committed to a mental institution, the children are then moved into foster care and eventually fostered by a childless couple who soon grow to love them as their own. Just as they are getting settled down into their new and stable lives the childrgen begin to enjoy warmth and comfort that they have never had before. Callie then re-appears in their lives and decides she wants her children back. The children's lives are in danger of being ripped apart as they are caught up in a desperate battle between the mother they have learned to fear and the foster parents they have grown to love.
